Enjoy a chef-curated buffet featuring made-to-order omelets, French toast bread pudding, crispy sugar waffles, and fresh seasonal sides. Savor chilled Baja prawns, oysters with rosé mignonette, and bay shrimp ceviche, alongside carved New York striploin, lemon thyme–brined king salmon, and boneless half chicken.
